5 Recommended Teen Netflix Movies to Watch

What’s up fellows? Here are some of my reviews of recommended Teen Hollywood Movies by me that you guys should watch. By the way, this is not based on my ranking. Well, check it out! WARNING : This might contain some spoilers!

1.    Edge of the Seventeen

As a fan of Hailee Steindfeld, I love this movie so much. This comedy-romantic is about high school junior Nadine (Hailee Steinfeld) who is already at peak awkwardness when her all-star older brother Darian (Blake Jenner) starts dating her best friend Krista (Haley Lu Richardson). In summary, Nadine feels more lonely than ever, until an unexpected friendship with a thoughtful teen (Hayden Szeto) gives her a glimmer of hope that things might not be so terrible after all. Tbh, I got this spoiler from Google. I don’t remember much about this movie. However, in my opinion, this movie is worth watching. If you are a teen movies lover, you should watch this. My rating for this movie is 7.5/10

2.    Kissing Booth

This movie is starred by Joey King as Shelly Elle Evans, Joel Courtney as Lee Flynn, and Jacob Elordi as Noah Flynn. Joey King Joel Courtney are best friends since their birth. In order to keep their friendship long-lasting, they created some rules that must be followed by both of them. The 9^th rule is that older brother is off limits and the 10^th rule is to never ever break rule number 9. However, Noah is a boyfriend material that every girl needs. Will Elle fall in love with him? Aside from all the romance, Elle and Lee Flynn must initiate a fundraising activity for their school. So they started the idea of doing a Kissing Booth. I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this movie and Netflix has released the teaser of Kissing Booth 2. CAN’T WAIT. (8.7/10) **Some funfact : Joey King and Noah Flynn are dating irl!!

3.    Five Feets Apart

AHHHH!!! THIS IS A MUST! This movie is starred by Haley Lu Richardson as Stella and COLE SPROUSEEEEE as Will. This movie that is adapted from a book called “Five Feet Apart” is about seventeen-year-old Stella who spends most of her time in the hospital as a cystic fibrosis patient. Her life is full of routines, boundaries and self-control -- all of which get put to a test when she meets Will, an impossibly charming teen who has the same illness. There's an instant chemistry, though restrictions dictate that they must maintain a safe distance between them. Therefore, They must distance themselves six feet apart. However, according to their agreement, they took one feet less to be together. Prepare some tissue paper fellows! GO WATCH NOW! (9,9/10)

4.    Escape Room

This Drama/Mystery/Thriller movie is about a group of strangers (six members) who met up in a mysterious building to experience the escape room a $10,000 prize for the winner. They had no idea about the meet up turning into a game. In the beginning, they started to play the game excitedly. However, it became weird and bizarre. Some of them discover that each room is a part of a sadistic game between life or death. Will they all survive from the sadistic game that is also made by human? I kinda like this movie genre and it give a lot of plot twist for me. So, this movie should be included into my list of recommended movie. (7.8/10)

5.    To the all boys I’ve loved before

Who don’t know this movie? I’m not sure if you all already know about this movie. This movie is kinda viral during its release. The appearance of Noah Centineo has made many Ms/Mrs/Miss or even guys crazed by his handsomeness. Yep, that’s true tho. So, let me tell you about this movie. This movie is starred by Noah Centineo as Peter and Lana Condor as Lara Jean. This movie is adapted from a trilogy novel by Jenny Han and it is about high school junior Lara Jean Covey who writes letters to boys that she have loved before and locks the letters away in her closet. One of the letter is directed to Peter Kavinsky. On one night, her sister, Kitty found out the letter and turns out the following Monday, Lara has to confront all of her former crushes. IMO, this movie so-so. (7.9/10)
